The Sanctuary of the Lord of Qoylloriti is located in the SINAKARA area, at the foot of the Nevado Qolqepunku in the middle of the Eastern Cordillera of the Andes (Vilcanota), next to the peak of Nevado Ausangate, community of Mahuayani, district of Ocongate Cusco, declared cultural heritage de la Nación «The Sanctuary and the Festival of the Lord of Qoylloriti»

Qoylloriti is a Quechua term that means "Snow Star", each year more than 100,000 people from different latitudes organize and carry out the pilgrimage since times before the Incas, from Mahuayani Peruvian and Tawantinsuyo flags guide the passage of thousands of pilgrims from different regions, musicians and dancers carry banners, crosses, and national symbols; their showy outfits are an allegory of natural wealth.
